Being Autonomous

If you support government action that violates the rights of others by initiating force against them, expect government to do the same to you, and accept it without complaint.

Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a dangerous servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.

Being Autonomous
Documenting some of the obvious fallacies encountered in the media everyday, and also the attempts by a majority of people to give the responsibility for their lives over to government (and force others to do the same). The title 'Being Autonomous' is meant to refer to the solution to that problem.

Written with the knowledge that individual rights are an axiomatic concept, and that force against others can only be used morally for self-defense -- that is, that defending the initiation of force in any form is hopelessly contradictory, in that it begs the obvious question 'don't others then have a moral obligation to respond in kind, using force in retaliation, if the initiation of force is considered acceptable in the first place?'
